Trisha Louise Werner

Who knew? Who knew that I, Andrew Lebus would be getting married on September 15th,

2007 to you, Trisha Werner.

Who knew that I would be so lucky and fortunate to meet such a wonderful, caring, respectful,

cute, family-oriented, athletic, fashionable, humorous, sentimental woman that loves the

Giants more than me? And....you would be my life partner, too. I guess they say "good things

happen to good people"and this case, great things happen to good people. I could not be happier

with the choice I made to ask for your hand in marriage that balmy night in Maui at the

Sheraton November 25, 2006. It turns out that is your parents anniversary which was not

known to me but was mentioned after you said yes. And they also mentioned that we need to

celebrate in Hawaii every November 25th for the next 100 years. I can not say that will happen

every year but I can tell you that we will travel to many places in our lifetime and we will enjoy

life to its fullest whether it be watching baseball, walking Bogey on the beach, shopping, going to

concerts and dining and entertaining with friends and family. And perhaps, if you like, playing

"May I" on various Saturday nights. We will even dance gracefully (or not) with each

other. One of the attributes I love about you, Trish, is your ability to be a girly girl with your

strong sense of fashion but on the flip side, you love sports. Of course, you cohesively use both

to your advantage as you wear black and orange to all Giants games. I love the fact you know

what you want whether it be Popcorn with loads of butter or Tarter Sauce or even thinly

sliced chicken. I try and try and try to make logic about what kind of culinary delights you like

and dislike. And I know I will probably never figure out it! But that is ok, Trisha. I love you

the way are and I have still have to constantly remind myself how lucky and fortunate I am to

have walked down the aisle with you at Adam and Jenn's wedding in 2004 . I would never have

guessed in a thousand years that I would be walking down the aisle with you today in front of

your most hospitable and wonderful family and friends. Trisha, you are truly a unique, special

person and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you. I have waited 38 years to find

that certain woman that understands me and loves me for who I am and I am fortunate to tell

you that I know now. I love you, Trisha with all my heart and I could not be happier to

be your husband and life partner.
